Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Finance Director to lead our finance team and drive business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance stakeholder value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting across domestic and international entities.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance on financial matters.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • 10+ years of experience in finance leadership, preferably with Big 4 consulting/audit exposure.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with international teams.
