About This Role

We are seeking a cybersecurity expert to spearhead the growth of our programs.

  • Design and execute strategic cybersecurity initiatives, hackathons, innovation challenges, simulations, and learning-based technical events.
  • Contribute to technical research endeavors and assist in developing research-backed reports and insights.
  • Foster partnerships with external stakeholders, government agencies, and subject matter experts for research productization efforts.
  • Support the documentation and publication of technical knowledge documents and program outcomes.
  • Track industry developments and identify potential problem statements for future program ideas.
  • Assist in hosting and running technical webinars, workshops, and challenge-based learning formats by contributing to creation of agendas, speaker identification, etc.
  • Coordinate with startups, academia, and industry to support cybersecurity product development and innovation.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields, preferably with a cybersecurity focus.
  • 4–8 years of experience in technical program execution or cybersecurity-related initiatives.
  • Demonstrated understanding of broad cybersecurity and technology domains.
  • Experience in orchestrating delivering tech programs (Challenges, Hackathons, Education, Training, etc.,) or community initiatives is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to write thought-leadership content in Cybersecurity and Emerging Technologies.
  • Preferred to have experience working with academia and government ecosystems.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
