Expert Cybersecurity Trainer

Job Summary:

We seek an accomplished cybersecurity professional to design and deliver high-quality training sessions on various aspects of cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging and interactive learning modules covering topics such as threat analysis, network security, and digital forensic.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create course materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
  • Conduct hands-on labs and exercises to help learners gain practical experience with cybersecurity tools and techniques.
  • Assess learners' understanding and progress through evaluations, assignments, and feedback sessions.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in cybersecurity and incorporate new knowledge into training programs.
  • Mentor learners as they navigate their career journey, providing guidance on career paths and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or Master's degree in Information Security.
  • 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field, with proven knowledge of current threats, tools, and practices.
  • Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and industry standards.

Preferred Skills:

  • Relevant certifications in cybersecurity, such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to different learning styles.
