Strategic Leadership Opportunity

About the Role: A seasoned professional is sought to lead high-profile transactions in rapidly evolving sectors, leveraging expertise in deal origination, client relationship management, and transaction execution.

This exciting opportunity involves cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and developing compelling investment theses and pitch materials.

  • Deal Origination: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, capital raisings, and M&A opportunities in Healthcare, TMT, and Infrastructure.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with corporate executives, private equity firms, venture capitalists, and industry leaders.
  • Lead Client Pitches: Develop investment theses and pitch materials that secure mandates for M&A, private equity, and strategic financing transactions.
  • Transaction Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of M&A deals, equity financings, and strategic investments, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Deal Structuring & Negotiations: Lead structuring complex deals, conduct negotiations, and ensure all transactions align with clients' strategic objectives.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor a team of analysts and associates, providing guidance on financial modeling, market research, and deal structuring.

Requirements: A minimum of 14 years of experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Investment Banking, with a focus on one of the following sectors: Healthcare, TMT, or Infrastructure.

Demonstrated success in originating and executing M&A and capital-raising transactions, strong financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring expertise, with deep knowledge of financial modeling and market research.
