Water Resource Engineer\

The selected candidate will be responsible for executing tasks related to water resource management, including working on various rivers and flood modeling projects in line with client requirements. They will also be required to support graduate engineers on 1D-2D flood modeling projects, checking their work, and resolving technical issues by coordinating with senior engineers.

\Key Skills or Qualifications\
  • \
  • Extensive hands-on experience in working with integrated 1D-2D model build, calibration, and verification using advanced software packages such as TUFLOW and Flood Modeller Pro.\
  • Sound technical knowledge and experience in integrated 1D-2D flood modeling and underlying physics.\
  • Solid understanding of pluvial, fluvial, and coastal/tidal hydraulic modeling.\
  • Model build/updates and flood mapping using GIS software such as MapInfo or QGIS.\
