Job Opportunity


1. Conduct site visits to familiarize with project areas and identify potential issues that may hinder the implementation of works.
2. Carry out feasibility studies of water resources within proposed project area and advise on most feasible options.

3. Obtain, study and synthesize background information including geology, hydrogeology and existing borehole data to improve assessment quality and prepare comprehensive hydrogeological reports detailing viability of manual and machine drilling.

4. Perform hydrogeological evaluation and geophysical investigations in selected sites to determine potential for groundwater and appropriateness of manual drilling at proposed sites.

5. Review and describe policy and legal basis within which project is to be implemented, referencing relevant national and international water and environmental policies and guidelines.

6. Develop exceptional skills in appropriate engineering tools for mapping and laying out, drawing engineering designs and developing BOQs for water catchment structures.

7. Support senior staff in preparing proposals, developing work plans and budgets, and managing projects.
