We are seeking a seasoned Supervisor to oversee our Accounts Payable department. As part of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team and managing processes to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and distribute daily workflow among team members.
  • Manage a team of invoice processors and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Turnaround Times (TATs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Handle exceptions and escalate critical issues to management or stakeholders when necessary.
  • Act as the first point of contact for issue resolution and provide timely updates.
Must-Haves:
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience with team handling experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with MS Outlook and MS Office.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (M.com/MBA preferred).
