Job Overview:

This role will play a crucial part in managing operational aspects of brand and marketing, focusing on exhibitions, social media coordination, budget management, sales collaterals, and vendor management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Exhibitions & Trade Shows:
    • Manage administrative and logistical deadlines for exhibitions and marketing events.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather product information.
    • Ensure timely delivery of booth materials and samples.
    • Collate leads and visitor data captured during events.
  • Social Media Coordination:
    • Liaise between the company and external agencies.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to source content ideas and product information.
    • Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of social media content.
  • Marketing Budget & Finance:
    • Track marketing expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
    • Collaborate with finance team for processing invoices and reconciliations.
    • Maintain records and reports on campaign spends and cost effectiveness.
  • Sales Collateral Management:
    • Drive creation, review, and distribution of brochures, presentations, and product sheets.
    • Coordinate with design agencies, internal teams, and printers.
    • Maintain a repository of marketing assets.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Negotiate terms and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
    • Maintain a database of approved vendors with rate cards and service histories.
  • Brand Identity Implementation:
    • E nsure consistent implementation of brand identity across all touchpoints and materials.
    • Review physical and digital branding at office premises, packaging, and events.
  • Merchandise & Gifting:
    • Manage end-to-end execution of branded merchandise.
    • Liaise with sourcing and procurement teams to ensure quality and budget compliance.

Requirements & Skills:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, branding or coordination.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A sharp eye for detail and good design sensibility.
  • Experience working with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and proactive individual.
