Strategic Human Resources Manager

Job Title: HR Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and compliance, with proven expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

This position requires a seasoned HR expert with at least 10 years of experience, preferably within the Gulf region, and a solid understanding of UAE statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  2. Oversee payroll administration and attendance management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  3. Develop and implement HR policies, job descriptions, SOPs, and employee handbooks in line with company objectives and UAE labor laws.
  4. Manage performance appraisal systems to foster a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
  5. Ensure compliance with all UAE statutory requirements, including labor laws, visa processing, gratuity settlements, and employee welfare regulations.
  6. Act as a strategic partner to management, providing insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  7. Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
  8. Drive initiatives related to training, learning & development, employee engagement, and succession planning.
  9. Maintain and enhance HR systems, databases, and reporting structures for improved efficiency and decision-making.
  10. Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  1. MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  2. Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  3. Prior HR experience in the Gulf region (UAE preferred) is highly desirable.
  4. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and statutory compliances.
  5. Expertise in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and HR operations.
  6. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to develop HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and performance appraisal frameworks.
  8. Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
