Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customers have an exceptional experience.

You will be responsible for addressing customer issues, guiding them on product usage, and collaborating with various teams to deliver top-notch support.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot complex customer issues and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to provide timely resolutions.
  • Guide and assist customers in using our product effectively.
  • Manage customer data imports and exports from production systems while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Update customer data in production systems promptly and accurately.
  • Handle confidential information securely and maintain data integrity according to established guidelines.
  • Contribute to developing product content for internal and external stakeholders by providing valuable insights.
  • Generate insightful reports from multiple systems to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product customer support, preferably with cloud-based products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mind with a problem-solving inclination and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms and document processes effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong customer relationship skills with a focus on responsiveness, sensitivity, and diplomacy.
