Administrative Leadership Role

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and maintain budgetary control.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities, such as recycling, renovations, and event planning.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Keep abreast with organizational changes and business developments.
  • Facilitate the smooth flow of information within the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent documentation skills using MS Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Good time management and adaptability.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Should be a strong team player with admin support services experience.
