Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role involves working directly with a utility client in Saudi Arabia to lead a team of Oracle utility experts in implementing Oracle's Customer Experience for Utilities (CX4U) solution for a high call volume call center.

The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day tasks of a small team, while adhering to the scope, schedule, and budget of the project. This is an onsite position located in Saudi Arabia.

Job Overview
  • Own the successful delivery of project deliverables, while ensuring business value meets customer expectations.
  • Create and maintain PMO artifacts, such as the project plan and JIRA board, to ensure the on-time completion of project tasks.
  • Track risks and issues, facilitate problem resolution, and manage the communication and escalation of issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide project status reports and debriefs to company leadership on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Oracle product teams, developers, testers, and project managers.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment.
  • Provide go-live and post-implementation support to ensure solution effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Utilities domain.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in the utilities (water, gas, electric) industry.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and agile).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • 4+ years of experience working in the utilities (water, gas, electric) industry.
