Senior Project Manager Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring their timely completion.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Monitoring and Control: Continuously monitor project progress, identifying and addressing critical issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present regular project reports, including cash flow, billing, and payment status.
