You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to drive user acquisition and retention. Our ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience in growth and marketing roles, with a proven track record of leading, mentoring, and managing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop product roadmaps to ensure steady execution of product life cycle processes from idea to final launch.
  • Coordinate with internal business verticals stakeholders to understand and build retention strategy for the organization.
  • Gather, review, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to uncover new product insights.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of 4-6 years in leading and managing Mobile app marketing, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Knowledge of website analytics tools, e.g., AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, Webengage, Metabase, etc.
