Job Description: As the Creative Strategy Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our digital strategies. Your expertise in visual storytelling and narrative architecture will enable us to craft compelling stories that capture the imagination of our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Managing Director to conceive and execute comprehensive project plans.
  • Manage and guide in-house digital creation teams, focusing on strategy and artistic direction.
  • Liaise with external agencies to ensure seamless integration with our internal processes.
  • Converse with startup founders and sales channel partners to gather project requirements and communicate project progress.
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively, aligning with established goals and objectives.


Requirements:
  • A degree or diploma in Creative Arts or equivalent will be advantageous but not compulsory.
  • Proficiency in cutting-edge digital tools and technologies, including AI-driven graphic and video editing software.
  • The ability to forge effective partnerships with graphic artists, illustrators, story board artists, content writers, video editors, and social media strategists.
  • The capacity to discover and collaborate with suitable agencies for project needs.
  • Familiarity with contemporary social media trends and their application in marketing initiatives.
