This role is crucial in enhancing employee experience throughout their lifecycle.

The specialist will foster engagement, create transparent communication channels, and drive initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct structured employee connects to gather feedback and enhance onboarding.
  2. Design and implement engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
  3. Develop and execute the annual engagement calendar for all stakeholders.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
  1. Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities within the workforce.
  2. Generate and present regular reports on engagement metrics and employee feedback.
  3. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for HR strategies and initiatives.
Surveys and Insights:
  1. Design and administer employee surveys to derive actionable insights.
  2. Analyze survey data and share findings with leadership.
  3. Recommend and implement changes based on survey outcomes.
Transparent Communication:
  1. Foster clear and transparent communication with employees across all levels.
  2. Drive effective use of communication platforms.
  3. Share regular updates and information with employees.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
  1. Oversee touch points throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience.
  2. Collaborate with HR teams to align initiatives with talent management strategy.
  3. Support managers and teams with data-backed insights on employee performance and engagement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  1. Act as an HR business partner by working closely with managers and leaders.
  2. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  3. Build relationships across teams to ensure consistent engagement practices.
Process Improvement and Initiatives:
  1. Identify and propose improvements in engagement processes.
  2. Lead initiatives to address challenges and promote continuous improvement.
  3. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 4 years of experience in HR engagement or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in communication platforms and HRMS tools.
