Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, building strong partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams to drive growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a multi-year fundraising strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring timely and transparent progress reporting
  • Own annual fundraising targets, set operational KPIs, and drive the full donor lifecycle from prospecting to grant reporting
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with CSR leaders, philanthropies, and impact investors, partnering with senior stakeholders to steward high-value relationships
  • Champion operational excellence across all fundraising functions, building systems that ensure agility, compliance, and long-term funder trust
  • Represent the organization at sector forums, donor convenings, and collaborative platforms to expand reach and reputation
  • Oversee development and quality of donor-facing communications, including pitch decks, proposals, reports, and campaigns
  • Build and mentor a high-performing fundraising team, establishing robust systems for donor CRM, grant compliance, and proposal management

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Views fundraising as a lever for systemic change and deep, long-term impact
  • Brings 12–15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing space
  • Previously led the charge on large-scale partnerships, raising significant funds from CSR heads, foundations, or high net worth individuals
  • Strong understanding of India's social impact ecosystem and can intuit what funders value
  • Thrives in high-autonomy, high-accountability environments and brings a builder's mindset to everything
