Job Title: Property Investment Analyst

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-focused property investment analyst to join our team. As a property investment analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating deals, calculating returns, checking refurbishment estimates, and making informed decisions about potential investments.

This is a secure, full-time remote role with a respected property investment company, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, logic, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysing residential and commercial property deals
  • Reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent documents, and other key information
  • Calculating key figures: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
  • Using and maintaining our deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Producing written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting your work
  • Taking ownership of your analysis — your decisions matter
  • Listening to feedback and improving with every deal you review
  • Updating deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Loving working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking
  • Experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Understanding terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Meticulous — you check your work three times, not once
  • Handling important decisions under pressure
  • Welcome feedback and constantly aim to improve
  • Strong integrity — you're careful because the numbers matter
