Asset Management Specialist

The role involves managing the entire IT asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement. This includes tracking and maintaining records of hardware and software inventory, coordinating IMAC activities efficiently, and ensuring asset-related data is up-to-date and accurately documented in ITSM tools.

  • Manage the procurement, deployment, and disposal of IT assets.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and complete asset records.
  • Coordinate IMAC activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services.

Strong coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with internal IT and support teams are required for this position.

Required Skills:

  • Relevant experience in IT asset management or coordination
  • Good understanding of the asset lifecycle process
  • Hands-on experience with Excel data tracking and reporting
  • Familiarity with IMAC SLA and ITSM processes/tools
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and process-driven mindset
