Civil Engineering & Architecture Recruiter

Are you a seasoned recruiter with a background in civil engineering or architecture? Do you have a strong network of contacts within the industry? We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Civil Engineering & Architecture Recruiter.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an exceptional recruiter who can source, screen, and shortlist top talent for our clients in the civil engineering and architecture domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, excellent knowledge of civil engineering and architectural job roles, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen high-quality candidates for clients in the civil engineering / architecture domain
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards and other channels
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
