Job Description:

  • To manage the lifecycle of existing policies by collaborating with stakeholders across all levels.
  • To establish and maintain relationships with assigned customers through various communication channels, including voice calls, SMSs, emails, and field visits.
  • To engage with orphan policyholders for policy renewals, provide support services, and refer them to sales teams for potential upselling opportunities.
  • To ensure seamless resolution of new business cases, discrepancies with sales teams, and daily receipt reconciliation.
  • To oversee branch activities in accordance with established processes, ensuring compliance and adherence to documented procedures.
  • To facilitate customer servicing, including claims, and strive for first-time right (FTR) in all policy requests.
  • To ensure timely maintenance of branch infrastructure facilities and address any discrepancies that may arise.
  • To identify, analyze, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with branch operations processes.
