Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Branch Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch.

  • To manage policy renewals by coordinating with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring seamless interactions and timely resolutions.
  • To establish connections with assigned customers through various communication channels including voice calls, SMSs, emails, WhatsApp, and field visits for renewal purposes.
  • To engage with orphan policyholders for renewals, provide exceptional service, and refer to sales teams for upselling opportunities.
  • To ensure efficient handling of non-binding cases, resolving discrepancies with sales teams in a timely manner.
  • To maintain daily receipt reconciliation and banking processes.
  • To oversee branch activities in line with documented processes, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
  • To facilitate customer servicing, including claims, with a focus on delivering first-time right (FTR) results in all policy requests.
  • To manage branch infrastructure facilities, ensuring timely maintenance and addressing any discrepancies promptly.
  • To identify, analyze, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with branch operations processes.
