Operations Leader Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Assist and support the Line Manager on ad-hoc projects, ensure transactions are executed with proper approvals, and provide effective support in managing Business and Client requirements.
  • People Development: Conduct monthly huddles, quarterly 1-1's, and monthly team meetings to drive team performance and development.
  • Team/Process Management: Ensure Non-Conformance Notifications (NCNS) are controlled, manage queues properly, minimize overtime hours, and review process update trackers.
  • Efficiency Management: Ensure productivity targets are met by team members, cross-train staff, and deliver daily productivity in cross-trained products.
  • Knowledge: Ensure team attends all training sessions, completes web-based training, and maintains documents for root cause analysis.
  • Quality: Ensure minimal operational errors, nil operational/financial loss errors, and report all errors/near misses on time.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, experience in travel domain, and a strong understanding of BPM operations.
