Job Title: Windows Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical support professional to join our team as a Windows Support Specialist.

This role involves providing top-notch support to customers facing issues with Microsoft Windows & O365. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex problems, delivering fast and effective solutions through chat support, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

About the Role:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Microsoft Windows & O365 issues.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to resolve customer queries.
  • Develop strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet productivity goals and deliver exceptional results.

Key Qualifications:

  • Type at least 35 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy.
  • Have prior experience in technical support via chat in Business-to-Customer environments.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
  • Hold a bachelor's or master's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Hold hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows & O365 queries.
  • Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or M365 Fundamentals are highly valued.
  • Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional service.
