Senior Priority Relationship Manager Role

We are seeking a senior professional to join our organization as a priority relationship manager in Hyderabad, India. This key role is responsible for building and deepening relationships with existing priority customers to achieve increased market share and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients and provide exceptional customer service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of the customer base, including demographics and psychographics, and be able to leverage this insight to drive business growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high net worth customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities to achieve defined targets in terms of customer acquisition, volumes, and revenue for the segment.
  • Achieve targets set in terms of product mix and sales performance.
