Job Summary

The Financial Analysis Manager is responsible for providing portfolio business value scorecard reporting and analysis to drive targeted discussions and decisions in partnership with line of business portfolio leadership.

This role will advance the implementation of business value estimation guardrails, support the creation and socialization of guardrails for business value tracking, and capture P&L value. The Financial Analysis Manager will also drive consistency on portfolio value categories for the entire portfolio and provide reporting and analysis support on portfolio investments by value categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Portfolio Business Value Scorecard reporting and analysis to drive targeted discussions and decisions.
  • Capture memorialized versions of value scorecards to enable trend analysis and support ad-hoc needs.
  • Advance the implementation of business value estimation guardrails and support their creation and socialization.
  • Drive consistency on Portfolio value categories and provide reporting and analysis support on portfolio investments.
  • Maintain good relationships with a broad value management network to collaborate on portfolio business value governance goals and deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 13-16 years of experience in finance, financial analysis, or business planning.
  • Strong financial reporting and analysis experience with a proven ability to drive actionable insights.
  • Experience summarizing results for senior leadership and working with large data sets.
  • Strong relationship building skills across multiple areas and levels of management.
  • Able to manage conflict and drive alignment in an environment of diverse perspectives.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage through change.
