Job Title: Enterprise Data Steward

A long-term role with strategic impact across global teams has been designed to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work as a subject matter expert in best practices for data governance and quality, driving continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Create/edit data requirements, data models, data dictionaries, process maps, and data lineage/mapping to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to gather and address data requirements and feedback, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment.
  • Develop valuation and quality measures and share them across business units to inform decision-making.
  • Manage metadata and data quality processes using tools like Informatica, Collibra, SAP, and Microsoft 365, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Support compliance with ISO standards, GDPR, SOX, and internal AI data controls, upholding the highest standards of data governance.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in data management with demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and explain systems and approaches for data to enable business decisions.
  • Mastery of relational database theories and schemas, ensuring a deep understanding of data structures.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders; strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Technical, Data Science, or Statistics is required.
