Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager – Workforce Management

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, forecasting, and scheduling workforces to meet business objectives. They will analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, then develop strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to optimize staffing levels.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as adherence, shrinkage, and service levels across business units.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in workforce management within a large-scale operations environment.
  • Strong expertise in forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time monitoring.
  • Proficiency in WFM tools and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and lead process improvements.
