We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our Business Development Operations team. As a Scientific Subject Matter Expert, you will play a crucial role in developing high-quality proposals and contracts that align with study protocols and integrate scientific best practices.

This role involves managing the coordination and development of business proposals, integrating IE experience, key differentiators, and other industry best practices into proposals and presentations. You will also represent Imaging Endpoints in client meetings and industry conferences, supporting business growth and strong sponsor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have ~2+ years of experience in scientific/medical writing, proposal development, or contract management, as well as ~2+ years of iCRO experience. A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science/MIS, Science, Law, or related area is required.

You will be expected to work closely with the team to ensure quality and accuracy in all aspects of proposal development, including assumption tables (ATs) and contract review. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will interact with sponsors, vendors, and colleagues regularly.

• Manage proposal development and coordination
• Review and revise proposals and contracts for accuracy and quality
• Ensure timely delivery of proposals and contracts
