The Proposal Manager will coordinate and produce the proposal (RFI, RFQ, RFP etc.) response whilst assembling a proposal team that has the skills to prepare and submit a winning proposal. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines. Responsibilities

Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes.

Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.

Provide direction and assistance to an offshore proposal and content management team.

Assist with development of proposal plan and the management of resources to ensure proposal schedule, budget, content, quality, and specification requirements are met.

Responsible for the development and delivery of progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and present results to management.

Complete and submit documents to the appropriate departments.

Detail oriented, technical and task focused.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree required, ideally focused in communications, marketing, English, etc. Advanced degree preferred.

Self-starter capable of identifying challenges, responding to issues, and proactively implementing effective solutions with limited supervision in a global matrix environment.

At least 2-3 years of proposal writing experience for competitive bids

Proposal management experience in the BPO, Contact Center Industry

Experience utilizing SharePoint or similar systems

Advanced MS Word / PowerPoint skills & proficient in MS Office / Adobe

Proposal automation software (Loopio or similar) experience.

Strong time management / prioritization skills.

Communicate and influence at a senior level.

Strong writing ability in the English language.

Location: Remote, anywhere in India or the Philippines

Travel: Occasional, both domestic and international
