We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead CRM and Complaint system projects with energy, efficiency, and end-to-end ownership.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of Life Insurance Business processes and policy life cycle. They should be able to work effectively with the IT team to implement system requirements and changes.

  • Hands on knowledge on Life Insurance Business processes and policy life cycle.
  • Should have knowledge of SDLC.
  • Overall knowledge of Life Insurance domain with depth knowledge of Post Issuance journeys and process.

Additionally, the candidate should have good communication skills, be able to handle queries and route them correctly at L1 level, and possess technical skills such as SQL queries, VAPT risk and mitigation, and .Net (desirable).

Key responsibilities include managing resources and time effectively, handling production support skillfully, and possessing excellent problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience Post Qualification.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
