Job Position: CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the customer relationship management database, ensuring accurate data, high quality, and effective segmentation.
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns through various channels (email, SMS, push notifications) to support business growth initiatives.
  • Monitor customer engagement metrics, conversion rates, and churn, providing actionable insights to the business team for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create personalized and optimized customer journeys that drive loyalty and retention.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Support loyalty and retention programs, including gathering customer feedback and satisfaction survey results.
  • Assist in automating CRM processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience working in B2B or B2C environments.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a CRM, marketing, or customer engagement role.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Moengage, Firebase).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail with a strong focus on data quality and customer insights.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and customer segmentation techniques.
