Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Executive to join our team in Bareilly, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent Pension Production and Treasury Administration service, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and ensuring any possible changes to procedures are raised, discussed and agreed with management before implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent Pension Production and Treasury Administration service in line with Service Level Agreement (SLAs).
  • Adhere to SOP and ensure any possible changes to procedures are raised, discussed and agreed with management before implementation.
  • Process daily workload, keeping Subject Matter Expert (SME) and team members informed of progress throughout the day to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Use multiple EQ pensions administration and accounting systems to access and retrieve data.
  • Reconcile payments and client bank account records.
  • Identify potential problems and risks associated with bulk transactions, reports and systems.
  • Liaise with other teams in Retirement Solutions when mismatches or technical issues occur.

  • Excellent timely written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills to manage workload priorities effectively
  • Good attention to detail as the role largely involves collating and inputting data
  • Good math skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and applications, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Snipping Tool
  • Able to collate data and run macros in Microsoft Excel and a basic understanding of formulas
  • Able to use internet banking to access and retrieve bank statement data
  • Able to work across multiple systems
  • Able to work well under pressure and remain focused when the team are in peak activity

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Freshers 2024 & 2025 passed out are eligible to attend.
  • B.com & BBA graduates are only eligible.
  • Result should be published from 1 semester to 6th semester.
  • Should have cleared all semesters without any backlogs.
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel mandatory.
