This role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of architectural projects from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will work closely with project teams to facilitate communication, track progress, and ensure project deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Scope Management: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, including meetings, resources, and tasks.
  • Communication: Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Project and production management for assigned teams.
  • Client Relationship Management: Client relationship management and servicing for assigned jobs.
  • Clients Relationship Maintenance: Ensure smooth working relationships with clients.
  • Collaboration: Attend client briefings, obtain approvals, and seek inputs as the single point of contact for assigned projects.
  • Project Briefing: Develop detailed project briefings after capturing all requirements from sales teams and clients.
  • CRM Management: Manage CRM and updates.
  • Financial Management: Invoice on time and realize payments.
  • Implementation Planning: Develop project implementation and delivery plans in coordination with Team Leads.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project manager or similar role.
  • Excellent client servicing/accounts management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
