
Senior Executive Partner

The right-hand to the founder, you will oversee operational efficiency and project execution.
This role involves cross-functional collaboration on various aspects, including tech development, marketing initiatives, product launches, stakeholder management, and operations optimization.
- Project Management: Lead strategic projects in key areas, driving results-oriented execution.
- Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth research on markets, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Marketing & Growth: Work closely with marketing teams to develop and optimize campaigns.
- Product Development: Assist in ideation, prototyping, and launch of new products.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with investors, partners, lawyers, agencies, and other key stakeholders.
- Founder's Office Ops: Manage founder's calendar, emails, meetings, travel bookings, and legal/financial paperwork.
- Problem-Solving & Execution: Anticipate challenges, find solutions, and ensure smooth task execution.
- 2–5 years of experience in consulting, startups, strategy, or a founder's office role.
- Strong background (or keen interest) in tech, AI, marketing, or product management.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
- High ownership, adaptability, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills for handling calendars, travel, and stakeholder coordination.
- Hunger to grow into a leadership role (potential leadership track within 2 years).
