Key Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, growing the number of transactions on our platform, and ensuring the accuracy of information.

This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager who can take ownership of partner relations and growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, client relationships, venue operations, or growth roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential partners.
  • Grow the number of transactions on our platform through innovative ideas and execution.
  • Maintain the accuracy of information by ensuring that venue listing details are up-to-date and correct.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow the number of partners.
  • Understand and communicate the value proposition of our technology and products to partners.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English and Hindi mandatory; other regional languages a bonus).
  • Up to 2 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relationships, Venue Operations, or Growth roles.
  • Excellent professionalism, ownership & accountability for their work.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
