The role involves identifying opportunities to create unique luxury propositions around marquee events, defining and tracking KPIs across lead generation, brand engagement, and customer acquisition.
This includes overseeing brand storytelling across digital platforms with a premium, aspirational tone, championing brand consistency across social media, website, campaigns, and partner channels.
The successful candidate will explore influencer tie-ups and collaborations in luxury, lifestyle, and sports segments, manage agencies, luxury lifestyle partners, and digital performance vendors for campaign execution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong command of digital marketing tools, analytics, and brand storytelling, proven ability to market premium experiences to HNIs, UHNWIs, and corporate clients.
They will also be highly organized with strong accountability, creativity, and execution capability.
Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic marketing professional to develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen our position as the go-to premium sports travel brand for HNIs, corporates, and global audiences.
This is a high-visibility individual contributor role responsible for building and executing marketing plans that elevate our luxury brand narratives and drive both brand equity and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that reinforce the company's luxury positioning in global sports hospitality.
- Identify opportunities to create unique luxury propositions around marquee events (Olympics, FIFA, ICC, Wimbledon, etc.).
- Define and track KPIs across lead generation, brand engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Oversee brand storytelling across digital platforms with a premium, aspirational tone.
- Champion brand consistency across social media, website, campaigns, and partner channels.
- Explore influencer tie-ups and collaborations in luxury, lifestyle, and sports segments.
- Manage agencies, luxury lifestyle partners, and digital performance vendors for campaign execution.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5–7 years of marketing experience in luxury / premium hospitality / travel / lifestyle brands.
- Strong command of digital marketing tools, analytics, and brand storytelling.
- Proven ability to market premium experiences to HNIs, UHNWIs, and corporate clients.
- Highly organized, with strong accountability, creativity, and execution capability.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
