Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the entire contract lifecycle, vendor relationships, and procurement processes. This role involves ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in our fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, master services agreements, software-as-a-service agreements, statements of work, and amendments.\
  • Participate in vendor sourcing, supplier recommendations, and contract negotiations.\
  • Serve as a key point of contact for business partners on contracting matters.\
  • Analyze company spend to identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities.\
  • Collaborate with legal, corporate accounting, risk, and compliance teams on contract reviews and regulatory matters.\
  • Monitor and report contract status, vendor spend, and cost savings metrics.\
  • Develop and implement best practices for contracting and vendor management processes.\
  • Educate and train business partners on Vendor Management Office (VMO) processes.\

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • \
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\
  • 3-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, contract management, and vendor relationship management (preferably within a technology organization).\
  • Strong knowledge of contracting principles and vendor management best practices.\
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.\
  • Experience with e-signature tools and spend management tools.\
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze spend data.\
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.\
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.\
