Senior Technical Lead Job

Inflexion is a fast-growing SAP Gold Partner that's hiring an experienced and highly motivated Senior Technical Lead to oversee and guide our development team.

We're seeking someone with strong technical expertise in Java, SAP HANA, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, along with proven leadership skills to drive project success, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. They'll be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Java, SAP HANA, RDBMS, REST Services, OData Services, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, including integration across multiple systems.
  • Ensuring adherence to best practices in coding standards, software architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Reviewing technical designs and code, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Overseeing integration between backend systems (SAP HANA/Java) and frontend applications (SAP UI5/HTML5/CSS/JavaScript).
  • Managing workload distribution, task assignments, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Driving continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption where beneficial.
  • Serving as the technical point of contact for escalations and complex problem-solving.
