Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our international voice operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless process delivery, managing teams effectively, and meeting client performance metrics and service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise international voice process teams to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Drive operational excellence through strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement data-driven improvement plans to enhance customer satisfaction and team productivity.
- Address escalations promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in the BPO industry, with a minimum of 1 year in an Operations Manager role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage performance, deliver results, and drive business growth.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including night shifts, as required by the business.
