Assistant Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to lead our international voice operations team. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless process delivery, effectively manage teams, and meet client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage international voice process teams.
  • Drive operational excellence and process efficiency through effective strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle escalations and provide high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience, with at least 1 year in an Assistant Manager role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage performance and deliver tangible results.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including night shifts, as required.
