HR Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR Intern. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for various teams, creating job descriptions and postings, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across different departments.
- Job Description Creation: Develop and update job descriptions and postings across multiple platforms.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and agency partners to find suitable candidates.
- Initial Screening: Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Scheduling Interviews: Arrange and manage face-to-face, virtual, and walk-in interviews.
- Recruitment Tracking: Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Employee Database Maintenance: Manage employee databases and documentation.
- Probation Review Coordination: Support probation review coordination and confirmations.
- Internal Engagement: Contribute to planning internal engagement and HR initiatives.
