Key Position for IT Talent Sourcing

This is a key position where you will source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools, job portals, and social networking recruitment.

  • Leverage your experience to find and shortlist the best candidates across all levels and major IT skills.
  • You will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, including searching/sourcing and screening resumes, coordinating, and conducting interviews.
  • Sourcing and shortlisting resumes through job portals and other channels.
  • Managing candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, briefing candidates before and after interviews.
  • Contacting candidates, following up with them, and ensuring a smooth interview process.
