As a seasoned IT recruitment specialist, you will leverage your expertise to source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools, job portals, and social networking recruitment strategies.
The ideal candidate will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process for IT professionals across all levels and major IT skills. This includes searching/sourcing and screening resumes, short-listing candidates, coordinating, and conducting interviews.
Responsibilities include sourcing and short-listing resumes through job portals, scheduling interviews, briefing candidates before and after interviews, contacting candidates, following up with candidates, and managing the candidate pipeline.
Candidates must have the ability to handle pressure and work according to given targets.
