Job Description

The Job is an NRI Sales Executive position. We are seeking a charismatic and customer-focused professional to manage customer inquiries and drive sales through various channels.

This role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed information about products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions about their insurance needs, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

As an NRI Sales Executive, you will work in a dynamic environment where you can grow and develop your skills. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively
  • Providing product information and assistance to customers
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are required. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are also essential for success in this role.
