We are seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to expand our Bancassurance/Life Insurance channel in Guntur and other regions. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in insurance sales or the BFSI sector, specifically responsible for building strong relationships with customers and cross-selling financial products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Generate leads from assigned banks and sell financial products directly to existing customers. Explore customer financial needs, recommend suitable products, and ensure all sales documentation is accurate. Also, acquire new customers by utilizing bank databases and resources.
  • Customer and Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships and facilitate the sales process from medical report completion to prompt policy document issuance.
  • Team Collaboration and Market Expansion: Support other Relationship Managers and the sales team by providing coaching on products and services. Identify opportunities to develop new markets aligned with the company's sales strategy.
Required Skills
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales across any insurance channel.
  • Essential experience in insurance or BFSI is required.
  • A graduate degree is necessary.
  • A good track record and stable employment history are required.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
