About the Role:

As a results-oriented sales representative, you will be responsible for maintaining consistent communication with current and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate will have effective communication and customer service skills to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication with Customers: You will maintain regular communication with current and potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Overseeing Sales Activity: You will monitor and manage sales activities within assigned territories to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in achieving sales targets.
  • Data-Centric Approach: You will utilize data-driven insights to develop smart processes that enhance the customer experience and streamline operations.
  • Developing Sales Strategies: You will craft sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and adapt them as needed based on market dynamics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-7 years of experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Open to travel for meetings
  • Experience working in construction or real estate is a plus
