Office Operations Professional

As an Office Operations Professional, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations. This includes overseeing procurement and inventory of supplies, liaising with external vendors, and ensuring smooth functioning of facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and assets
  • Liaise with external vendors and building management
  • Ensure facilities and equipment are in good working condition
  • Maintain records of bills, payments, petty cash, and vendor contracts
  • Coordinate company travel and meeting logistics
  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
  • Assist HR with onboarding/offboarding, employee attendance, and leave tracking
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and support internal audits
  • Supervise housekeeping and maintain a clean and professional office environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in office administration or operations
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of budgeting and vendor negotiations
  • Familiarity with office management software or ERP systems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
