Job Title: Business Process Analyst

Role Overview:

  • This role involves providing strategic technical and business analysis to support project implementations, maintenance, and testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and implementing software changes to drive business growth.
  • Manage customer relationships post-launch, ensuring seamless transitions and high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, utilizing strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including process flows, system diagrams, and technical guides to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in the development of training programs and materials to enhance team performance and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Application or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably with exposure to management consulting, IT consulting, market research, and/or enterprise software client management.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML, with GUI experience being an added advantage.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
