Job Title: Project Growth Specialist
">About This Opportunity">- We are seeking a proactive Project Growth Specialist to drive outreach, lead qualification, and discovery call scheduling for our procurement platform.
- Lead Discovery & Qualification: Build targeted lists via our proprietary tool, research ideal accounts and decision-makers, run outbound campaigns via email and calls, and qualify prospects using BANT frameworks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Initiate conversations and build interest in our product, effectively position it in short outbound interactions, and handover qualified leads to the sales team with full context.
- Sales Enablement: Create email templates, outreach flows, case studies, and FAQs, support the founder and marketing team with pre-sales collateral, and capture learnings and continuously improve messaging & targeting.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B research, pre-sales, or sales, with a passion for finding and talking to new people every day.
- Ability to write clear and convincing messages, thrive in execution-heavy roles with daily targets, and be comfortable using AI tools for better outreach.
- Curiosity about industrial / infrastructure ecosystems is a plus.
- High ownership and visibility, fast learning curve across B2B GTM, sales, and AI products, clear growth path into full-stack Growth or Sales roles, open and energetic culture where your suggestions matter.
